Tinker and Maximus' Pups:
Essentially identical in personality, look, temperament to her mom & her mom's pups -
Willow & Willow / Rufus' Pups; except, due to Max, until about 8 to 16 weeks old, they have somewhat of a "mocha" tinge to them and then lighten to pure English Cream.
Maximus adds a bit more of the darker golden's features such as a bit leaner,
their coat is somewhat flatter and less shedding, an even greater personality due to Max!
Great pets / Mellowness / Obedience
Beautiful Thick, though flatter, Coats; Lower Shedding than "average"
Coloring - Mocha English Cream initially; lightening to English Cream, with Boxy Heads

Willow is our twin sister Golden to Whisper. No health problems; Pure English Cream lineage; boxy heads; bred for mellow temperament and trainability; great disposition; english cream golden, about 70 pounds. On their dad's side are many close relations in their grandparents, great grandparents, and back to dogs from some of the origin countries of the Golden Retriever - Sweden, Netherlands, Spain, Great Britain. On their mom's side are direct relations to the well known "Gold-Rush Kennels" from which have come a VERY long line of wonderful Goldens. The founder of Gold-Rush Kennels, R. Ann Johnson, has an excellent book out based on her experience with Goldens and her Gold-Rush Kennels - "The Golden Retriever Puppy Handbook".
Rufus 's Lineage is from Canadian / English Cream; bred for mellow temperament and personality; musculature; long but fairly flat english cream coat; about 80 pounds. Most of the children that come to adopt a pup end up wanting to take him home instead of a pup!
Maximus is a dark golden and has similar lineage to (and related to) our retired "Moosey" (see below); Maximus' great Grandmother (Golden Glen's Whrlwnd Amanada) was Moosey's Mother!; Parents - no health problems; mellow yet active temperament; VERY loving and VERY obedient with little actual training; desiring to please; musculature; long but fairly flat dark golden coat, about 65 pounds
When we have litters, adoption appointments are generally available Mon - Sat from 10-6; Sun from 1:30-5
Our Goldens are off Interstate 80 between Colfax and Grass Valley
